Eat more proteins and fibres. Vegetables and fruit contains fibre.  3. Eat frequently :  Keep a gap of 2-3 hours between two meals, not more than that. This way body tends to store less fat. 4. Eat light at night : Try to avoid heavy food at night. Eat light food at night. Try to finish dinner before 8pm. It is best If you can have your dinner before sunset  . Have little snacks after that. 5. Add healthy fat in your diet :  Desi ghee is healthy fat. It does not store in body. Does not have cholesterol. It has omega3. Pure ghee helps to lose weight. ( pure ghee is liquid and yellow in colour. Non-liquid ghees are not pure ). 6.  Exercise daily :  Do atleast 30 min exercise daily.
