1. Wash your eyes :

 Wash your eyes with cold water atleast thrice a day. Give 20 flashes of water to each eyes . This keeps the moisture level of eye intact .



2. Use anti-glare, blue-ray protectant glasses :

Use anti-glare, blue-ray protectant glasses while using digital screen . It reduces tiredness in the eyes.




3. Sleep : 

Get enough of sleep to give the eyes rest .




4. Break :

Give your eyes a break from digital screen after each 15 min and look at distant object (nature if possible) for atleast 20 sec. 




5. Blink :

Don't forget to blink.



6. Do not rub :

Do not rub your eyes to prevent contamination of pathogen from hands.


7. Eat vegetables :

Eat for your eyes. Eating carrots is good for your vision .



8. Do not use digital screen in dark :

Using Your Smartphone In The Dark Risks Speeding Up Vision Loss.


9. Exercise :

exercise improves eye health.
