4 things to do before sleep to get a good night sleep :


  1. Eat light food :

 Try to avoid heavy food after the sunset and keep your dinner light and easy to digest so that the body can  relax during the sleep. Heavy food requires more energy by the body to digest it and  does not get the time to relax. 


  1. reduce screen time :

Try to avoid the screen time. The blue light from the screen disturbs the good night sleep .Try to avoid watching things that keep stimulation to the mind such as horror or any kind of negative emotion videos.



  1. Destress yourself :

Try meditation before your night sleep  to release  stress and thought from your mind and body to distress yourself.  take a deep breath and release all your tension and then go to bed. Show gratitude towards what you have and the people you have with you and thank the universe for getting the things you have and the people who love you. Gratitude gives a sense of satisfaction and Fulfillment  and releases all your stress.


  1. Massage :

Massage your head and toe . It induces relaxation and sleep.
